Meet Our Chef – Karel Caldr
We are delighted to invite you to a culinary experience brought to you by the unique cuisine of our talented chef Karel Caldr. Every dish he prepares is not just work for Karel, but above all, a passion that has accompanied him throughout his life.
Karel began his journey in the world of gastronomy in 2004 when he joined the prestigious Four Seasons Prague hotel, where he gained valuable experience at the Allegro restaurant. His desire to continuously learn and grow led him not only across the Czech Republic but also to France, where he honed his skills under the guidance of renowned culinary masters.
From a cook to sous-chef and finally to the position of head chef at the renowned Pastař in Prague – Karel has always moved forward with passion, constantly eager to surprise his guests with new flavors. In 2020, he boldly opened his own gastronomic concept CJ26, reflecting his personal vision and creativity.
In 2022, Karel became part of our exceptional Fly Vista restaurant, where he works as the executive chef. His drive to elevate gastronomy to a new level and his respect for traditional techniques make him a unique chef.
