Once again, we have tailored our special menu to seasonal ingredients that are an essential part of autumn. Porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, truffle, cauliflower and hazelnuts come together in combinations that highlight their individual character while creating a menu full of bold yet harmonious flavours.

PORCINI MUSHROOM VELOUTÉ

with truffle croutons

Main courses:

HALIBUT
with cauliflower purée, lobster bisque, chanterelles and roasted hazelnuts

VEAL CHOP ALLA MILANESE
with mashed potatoes and rocket salad with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan shavings

Dessert:

CHOCOLATE CAKE

filled with liquid caramel, served with sea salt ice cream
